Quality Control
What to Check Before Approving a Bulk Order
Race Ready Industry · February 11, 2026
Bulk approval sits between sample sign-off and full production, and is the last practical checkpoint before a manufacturer commits fabric, trims and labour at scale.
At minimum, buyers should confirm final measurements against the approved sample, review a pre-production sample under normal lighting, and confirm packaging and labelling specifications in writing.
In-line inspection during bulk production, followed by a final random-sample quality check before shipment, is standard practice for manufacturers working with international wholesale and distribution partners.
